I am from kerala.I would like to share my experience with pepperfry.com.
My order # 100201598.
PEPPERFRY CHEATING CUSTOMERS. No refund for your valuable money. Only their damn coupons! who wants those.
I will tell you my entire experience yesterday when I shop for them.I jus got an e-mail from them saying that 50% off I will get for all orders above 999rs.
So I jus made my cart filled for above 1024rs and redeemed the coupon code they gave me.When I redeemed it showed amount to be paid as 524rs.Took me to payment gateway and done payment and got SHOCKED seeing message I got from ICICI Gateway saying payment of 1024 was done successfully.
When I told customer care to cancel the order since I dont want the prodcuts for that pricing and clearly told them they made me pay extra amount he told me to send back mail I got from them.
I send back the mail and he says there is no offer shown in that mail and I told lie.I have included screenshot of my mail along with this review so that you could see this.
My order # 100201598. Now they are telling they cant refund my money . only coupons can be given. Frankly speaking do you think I will buy again from them. cheaters.
Please do take care of your valuable money. I trusted them much . and I got paid for my mistake.
Please dont do the same. what ever be their offers. Offers will attract you but there are many getting screwd bcoz this website I think.
I have given a very good rating last time and I always do reviews sincerely.
If pepperfry team could see this. I have to ask them only one thing. Why are you cheating people . do good buisiness even if no offers are there also your reputation will be higher. see flipkart people.

I ordered(Philips Hand Blender Order #100062923) my product on 15th june 2012 and they shipped the product in exactly 5 days.I got it the next day morning after shipment(Via EMS)! Very fast delivery in a nice packaging.
At first I thought they havent shipped the product even after days and I made a call to the customer care and they responded in a good manner giving me assurance that "today eveng" the product will get shipped.And they did kept their word.Thank you pepperfry team.
I would surely recommend this store to anyone bcoz
1) Good pricing . less than 550 rs from market price
2)good offers .
