Highly unprofessional and worse service attitude

I ordered for a vintage watch vide order no.300465837 on 28th July.  Till date i.e. even after 10 days there is no hint of delivery of product.  There are no mails/SMSs updating the status of the Order.  I logged a complaint on their website and chatted with service executives multiple times.  No one has a clue on the status and every time I get an answer that it will take another 3-5 days for delivering the Order.  They don’t allow escalation of the complaint and every time the website asks me to log a new complaint, without any acknowledgment of the complaint number.


When other e-tailers are trying to keep the delivery schedule less than 3 days, Pepperfry is lethargic and dragging through even after 10 days.  More than the delay, their attitude and arrogance is the most disgusting part.  They seem to just not bother about the customer, as they have already received the payment through credit card.  Neither they are committing on the delivery nor ready to cancel the order and refund the amount.


So, beware of Pepperfry.  If possible go for COD option so that you have flexibility to cancel/reject the order if it is not delivered on time.
