I bought cosmetics from Pepperfry with the offer they attracted me with. The cosmetics are branded ones, but none of them have the expiry date/mfd date/ best before...everywhere they pasted stickers.After removing them also none of the dates or info is available.
Usually, the crimp should contain the dates, and surprisingly the crimp of the tubes is bent and looks polished in such a way I could not see anything. Customer support is 24x7, but without any use. I called them two times till now and they say they will arrange a call back which never happened.
Experiencing so much I don’t think I am going to get anything.. but atleast I don’t want others to face it!!..
