I ordered an item as it was discounted and want to try this site.

I ordered on 17-03-12 and till now it is not shipped.
When I ordered they promised that they will ship it in 4 days. But I think they just cheat people promising false.
India is growing in e commerce and this kind of sites are just opened without caring customers.
Why are they promising to deliver item in 4 days and not doing it.
When I request for there online chat nobody replies.
Please don’t buy anything from this cheaters who don’t honor there promises and hang on chat.
