We still have a hangover of our bitter last experience last month and here you go again, it seems team at pepperfry is not learning and their apologies and promise for better service is nothing but just a lie.
An order was booked on 17 March Order #100018292 - Confirmed and since 24 March all the agents to like of prateek, vandana, fahad, waqjahat, boldwin(chat transcripts can be shown here) are giving us wrong commitments first we were told it would be shipped latest by 24 March and then on 24 a ticket was raised now another 4 days have passed and each day other agents are misleading us.
They dont know a clue about when product would be shipped now and agent say that pepperfy has no product in the warehouse and same is being procured from vendor and vendor has not sent the product yet, lame the same product is still available at the site and for sale with same 6 days service commitment but you people are accepting more orders but failing to fulfil pevious ones. So is it obviouys to assume that you are taking more orders so to keep fooling others as well?
What is the point if your CEO assures better services and commitment and you people are tossing public at large?
Pathetic least to say! You are not even learning from past mistakes and repeating same thing again and again!
