First and foremost you CANNOT EXCHANGE the product if you don’t like it.
I bought a sofa set(San Dimas Three+2 Seater) from pepperfry.
Today I received the product which looked fine and really good on the website.
But it is of such cheap quality and very uncomfortable. I can literally move the three seater sofa with just my little finger all around the house(I am really not kidding here!).
I called them to ask if they could exchange or take the product back. They responded saying they will not. They would only exchange it in the case of damage not IF WE DONT LIKE THE PRODUCT!
So I am stuck with this worthless junk!
Beware, before you buy read the policies, more so, try buying from an actual furniture store.
