I ordered a study table from pepperry.com at 30% off for rs 3500 the study table looked really adorable in the website.
For 1 week I had no clue where my order was and then 6 days later they delivered my order after constant phone calls.
When I received the package whole my family was disappointed to see the study table as it was not at all attractive nor it was solid enough to not break. The table was really dull and was also made of cheap material which could easily break I wondered if the table could take a good load of my books and me.
After using it for a day I realised that this table is not for me so I contacted their costumer care and asked them to take back their table and refund my amount but they refused stating since the table is not damaged nor some wrong product is received so they cannot change or return it.
I was really disappointed and I thought I have wasted my 3500 rs I started using that table very delicately and a few weeks later as expected the chair broke and so was one of the drawer of the table. I have given the table to my younger sister hoping that she is really light and the table can be better suited for her
I don not recommend buying from pepperfry their products look good in pictures due to lighting and whole lot of stuff the material is not so good and also the quality is not that good!
