I ordered a chair and on delivery it was found that chair was damaged. Its Rs 10000 chair.
The delivery guy said, you keep this and we will send one carpenter to fix the damage. Please note damage was on leg was shorter than other legs.
I returned the chair immediately without taking delivery.
Since then I have called many times and nothing is being done. Neither they refunding money nor delivering the good product.
