I ordered three mobile cover.. 1 for galaxy note and 2 for iPHone4S. Now on delivery they have mentioned they have dispatched 1 Galaxy note and 1 iPhone4s cover.. but in actual parcel I got 2 iPhone 4s Cover and my Galaxy note cover was missing.
I contacted customer care and they took long time in solving issue.. They called me after some days and on call I confirmed that I want money back for galaxy note.. But they are so pathetic that they gave me coupon of same price and that I can use spending 15 more rupees within 15 days of issue of coupon..
What the hell is this? You make mistakes and then instead of giving me money back you ask me spend more on your stupid and good for nothing store?? And more friends, when I asked customer care again for refund.. they told they have not any record of such conversation.. and asked me drop me mail on some email id...
After sending mail no one replied for a long, until I used that coupon with fear of its expiration. As soon as I used that coupon I got reply from them that I have used coupon. Please I request all dont shop from this site.. they are fraud.. they just give free coupons and force you to shop...
Hello Guys My problem still continuous.
Here is my case details.. (1) In first order you didn’t sent galaxy note case and gave me points (2) In second order you sent me wrong products - instead of 200 ml you sent 150 ml Deo and on my complaint you gave me points.. and (3) on third case when I ordered something you cancelled order because of out of stock and so I want full refund.. I dont want to get points and use the same on this stupid site...
Some one please suggest me how to file case against this site.. They are wasting time and full of fake products
