I purchased a pair of bedside tables as I could not find one that suited my needs locally after searching quite a bit. their product seemed reasonable and I took the plunge. I ordered on 16th Feb 2013, was shipped on 15th Mar 2013 and I think it reached me in about a week from then.
Was happy with packaging. Opening it, the product had a lot of dust and the draws on it would not open smoothly or close. It is still like that. Also noticed that the top of one of my bed side tables has a large crack running across it. They have used a damaged top panel and have glued the broken piece in place. There are cracks in other places as well.
I will probably never again buy a piece of furniture from these guys and recommend others to avoid them like the plague. Additionally, both the tables are rocking where they stand and I have to put some rubber piece under one of the legs to prevent it from rocking. It cost me 8000 Rs, but learnt a lesson never to buy stuff which you cannot return.
Apart from furniture I have purchased a few other knick knacks which were good deals, but definitely no furniture every again from them.
