After going through lots of reviews for number of days, now its my turn to post my review which is not at all other than the reviews already there. However, i too wanted to open up my heart for the bad experience with pepperfry better called as bheja fry.
I ordered some tops and tees with order no 100263874 & 100264413 on 8th and 9th sep respectively. After going through this week what i have got till now is one product out of two from the first order that too after going through regular communication through customer support. For the other product they say it will be delivered by their local courier boy. When asked they say its already shipped on 12th from gurgaon warehouse. So, i asked when it will and they say they have no idea. So, their local courier is this much slow. For the other order no 100264413, i received a call from them saying that these items are not available or if you can wait then it can be delivered but when they are not sure. And they asked if i want to go for cancellation. So, i asked for cancellation and refund of amount as i don’t want to end up in an infinite loop. Interestingly, when i checked the same products on websites, these are still available. So, i don’t understand how much they want to cheat customers. And even they are not clear when will i get the refund.
And as I have already gone through number of reviews, i was in a sense that even i will face similar kind of situation and same happened to me.
So guys, be careful and don’t even visit pepperfry as you will also become one of us. Strictly no to pepperfry.
