Pepperfry.com is one of the best website so far and I think with in the year it would be best selling website in Indian market for purchaging the products like furniture.
I have bought many products form it from last two to three year and every time I was very with its pacakaging and by its quality of tje products and by customer support which is very helpful and till now I do not face any problems with this website .
Many time when I found the same probucts on pepperfry.com and on other also then I always choose pepperfry.com because it has less customer as compared to other e-commerce website running by Indian and they are very good at pacakaging of products many times I have paid extra money for the same products only because of packaging and on other website like shopclues.com , snapdeal.com and etc. they are really bad on pacakaging department.
And even does not try to resolve any problem and did not even try to listen to their customer and always try to put blame on custome they are so bad only because they have huge number of customer on their website to buy the products I have ordered four to five wall lamps which I found cheaper than other website like flipkart.com , snapdeal.com and from shopclues.com and every time the pacakaging of the products were very good and nice they have put as many form and pacakaging bubbles on it to deliver the products very safely to their customer but there is problem in their delivering time they take more than 10 days to delivery one products but when you recived products with great packaging then everything is fine then 10 days is also good as compaired to other ecommerace website which has only quike time to delivring the product and while taking about packaging is very bad some time I wonder how I have recived the products without any damage only by luck rest of all is fine and good I really liked this website and has ordered many heavy products like furnitires amd fan and all of them has very good pacaking so some time if I get but higher price on pepperfry.com website then I always choose pepperfry.com . Till now I did not face any problems with it and some time as I was reading some reviews about this website on same webite of mouthshut they have very bad experience on it some time it happen because they are human too but they have very less problem like that belive me I would totally recommended this website for purchaging this products .
