I ordered a Blue Ceramic Wind Chime, it was horrible and I initiated a return request which was denied. Please guys don’t be fooled by this website.It is trying to make money out of crap and rubbish products. I wish I would have read reviews here rather than going on site and getting lured by prices.Very poor Customer service and no reliability. I would rather order from Amazon.
When I called the Customer service they just knew one word unfortunately. and I am feeling really unfortunate to buy from this website and wasted my money. These people don’t know business ethics and going to doom soon.
