I’ve ordered a bed online and made a payment of Rs.17800/- when I placed the order on 6th April, 2014 the website claimed that it would be shipped by 14th April, 2014. I was Happy.
All the happiness evaporated once I called in to check the status. The claimed that there was a glitch in the website and hence showed a wrong date and it actually meant 21st April. After talking to their rude customer care executives.
I decided to wait further as I had no other option I got a message on 21st that the product would be delivered any time today.
I was happy once again then came another rude shock only a part of the bed has been delivered which is good for nothing with no information about when the other part would be delivered.
I suggest you avoid this website unless you want your BP to skyrocket.
