Talking about the delivery, the given date of delivery was 14th Dec 2020. The delivery was delivered on the date but very late at night. When I saw the product I immediately knew that the product didn’t look like what I saw on the website. The item was didn’t have a brown finish. I got frustrated and immediately called Customer Service. They politely asked about order no. and asked me if you want to refund the item or ask for another piece. I wanted a refund so I told them where they said that they have issued a refund and after a few days the delivery people would inspect it and take it back. So almost after a week the guys came and took the item back and my refund was issued. This was a very frustrating process but I finally bought a shoe rack from an offline store. As I said it’s a risky thing to order home decor from online websites. So be aware while using buying products from an e-commerce website.
