These guys seriously need to be taught a lesson. this is the worst online site I have come across.
i read the reviews and its similar to most of them.
I had ordered for three products of kitchen sets. they first promised to deliver within 7-8 days. and when the days limit was over I wrote to them. they apologized and promised to ship it by 24-48 hrs. but that also turned out to be false promise. after that I wrote again to them then by next 4 days I got the product but just one out of three and that to they sent me the one which costed the lowest with no protected packing and the tag of the product was also tampered.
After writing again to them they once more apologized and promised to update me in 24-48 house... but there was no response. this time I got another e-mail (without my further writing) telling me again that they need another 24 hrs..... no response again.....written to them again.. don’t know what will be their response now..
Guys their hours are turning into days and they don’t realize that. I did a pre payment as COD was not available in my area and now I’m repenting.
I think of filing a consumer case against these guys as I believe that until we wake up against corruption it won’t stop but rather grow. If anybody finds this correct , then please you need to take similar actions.
