This is one of the most awful customer care service I have experienced so far. I bought bedsheet set from there 4 years ago and during that time after a month they revert saying we are out of stock. I did not buy anything from them for years afterwards. I bought a particular quilt from them as they are the only website selling that. Delivery address was that of my office. Knowing the same, delivery took place on Sunday and did not happen since office is shut on Sunday. The guy promised to deliver on Tuesday as they said they didn’t work on Monday! Even then I spoke to Pepperfry’s customer care service and the guy assured me Tuesday delivery. Tuesday when I inquired, I was told there is not delivery that is going to take place today! They said if I wanted they could arrange the same for Wednesday! So promises after promises and product not in sight at all and God knows when it will arrive as well. Customer care service has no clue and makes false promises.
