Actually I made a few big and small purchase before reading their reviews. Their website has sizable collection of furniture which made me thought they are thoroughly professional. However my experience with them is quite bad. Few small products arrived in time but the office desk was sent without a single screw and hence sent back and yet to receive the refund.
Ordered a queen size bed which arrived in time but its been since 10 days since delivered and they haven’t sent a carpenter yet. On the contrary, my experience with Fabfurnish.com was very good in terms of delivery, service and promptness however a little pricier.
I would any day pay 10% more for reliable and assured delivery and service. If you have a DAMRO furniture showroom in your city its worth going there, I made couple of purchases there which in my view are most value for money( great design quality for reasonable prices) and delivery was very very professional and prompt.
It’s been an experience buying furniture as it is very time consuming when you have to optimize design, quality, price and service.
