Worst online shopping experience in Pepper Fry

I have placed an order for a ladder(Order no: 300695045) on 10th December 2014 and assured delivery date was 29th December 2014. The product is still not delivered to me.


Before placing the order I had called customer support and they had assured me the delivery can be done in the same week - as it is a delivery within Bangalore. After placing the order, their tone completely changed. Everytime I call the customer care, they are unable to find out the status apart from telling me it is with Gati couriers. When I call Gati couriers and try to track, they dont bother to give me any appropriate status of this item. I’m unable to understand why it takes more than a month to deliver a product from Bangalore to Bangalore. Customer care is not even giving a assurance on delivery date even now. This is the worst experience ever in online shopping. This is highly disrespectful to the customer.(reference no: 00725303)


If the product is lost(which must be the case, since nobody is able to track it), Pepperfry should at least immediately arrange for another delivery. Shopping with pepperfry has been the worst ever online shopping experience for me and the team behaves with utter disregard to customer needs.


Anyone who values their time will stay away from Pepperfry.
