I bought an item from pepperfry and the website mentioned it would be delivered on or before 12 May. I kept getting messages saying this would be delivered on the given date. On 13 May when I called them they mentioned the item is still in transit and would be delivered after 3-4 days. Their customer service was pathetic saying they can’t do anything about it. Finally, when I spoke to the supervisor he offered a 10% cash back.
If you want a product, don’t go by what they promise on the site.
