Bought a chest of drawer via order no 300228343. Product Code FM1064149-P-OD1340-Natural.
It was supposed to be a chest of drawers in natural color. The pic shown on website is attached as pic 2 and what I received is pic 1.
When I talked to relation manager Alster, instead of listening to me, he started giving all standard crap that this is not policy and you should have read between lines that actual product may differ from pic shown and all.
I am not even asking for replacement as quality of product is good and specs as defined. I asked only to do a re-polish to bring it to the same color as in website pic. But these guys don’t want to satisfy customers. I am expecting a better post sales service than this from a reputed website like Pepperfry.
