I have ordered for a king size bed from pepperfry.com(happy furniture to u), but I received only the skeletons of the product, no platform of the bed with some missing screws and bolts .
My order number is 301748380 and product description is Casa Rio Solid Wood King Size Bed in Honey Oak Finish by Woodsworth .
I log a complaint on their website and everytime I ask they say we shall get back to you by 24-48 hrs . One day I receive a call from Mr. Vijay of pepperfry HQ saying that I arrange for a carpenter myself, purchase a good quality material and get the issue fixed and they shall reimburse the amount . Mr. Vijay Ph no is # 09930635913 .
Then I asked him to send their carpenter and get the issue fixed so he said, he will do that .
Now the carpenter has visited and says that he needs to check it with his manager Tapan Das(8884464517), Tapan das says they cannot put a good quality plywood platform so he shall fix it with a second quality plywood . Though after all this argument, I decided to return back the product, this drama was done by their end for 1 week .
Thanks for the worst Diwali by pepperfry and all your backdoor negotaiations, the phone numbers are genuine which I have posted . Please don’t buy anything from pepperfry, they cheat people with false promises .
