I have submitted a ordered through request id 349882197 for WOOD KING SIZE BED, which was conveyed on 20th Jan 2016 however the item was harmed, we have reached customer care they recommended to give back this item and reorder it, I have done likewise.


Presently I have again arrange extra large casa blanco bed through request id 393402014 on 23rd Jan 2016.


As we have as of now needing this item and according to proposal of customer consideration we reorder with contributing an enormous sum, yet pepperfry group is not in any manner worried that this item could be conveyed well in time according to our solicitation.


I have asked for to benevolent get the request convey by 12 to 14 th feb 2015, strictly when 17-19 days after the solicitation of request.


Pepperfry client mind highly disappointed us saying once arrange place they couldn’t speed up the conveyance. No one but they could put a comments and when you get next we will read out your comments.
