Ordered two straight backed armchairs and a console table. Both products made of cheap and heavy wood.(mango wood?) The joints came apart, upholstery tacks rusted, the table and chairs wobble. I get mail from them asking me to rate the purchases, but there is no way they allow you to post a review. Phone calls get answered after many attempts to call them, and then no follow up.
Hiring a carpenter to rectify the problems, is no big deal. The joints can be strengthened with angle joints. The rusty tacks and cheap upholstery can be changed by the upholster down the road. But replacing the cheap wood? . hahaha.
Incidentally my wife and I are the sole occupants of our flat . our children having grown and flown away. So damage cannot possible be ascribed to careless usage.
