The most disgusting service I have ever encountered in online shopping platforms. And this is not happening for the first time. They just take customers for granted once the delivery has been done. I bought mollycoddle convertible cot which was damaged after installation and when I requested the return/refund they are taking forever. Firstly there was not even a follow up call after I filed my complaint. I had to call them again n again and then finally they said that they will be providing a replacement after the product has been dismantled and now there is no coordination among the team(pepperfry, carpenter and pickup guy) from last 3 days I get a msg that the carpenter will come to dismantle it so that it can be picked up and at the end of the day I get a msg saying it was rescheduled on my request. This is pathetic. I am pregnant and due in a day or two and have to go through all this hassle. And on the top of everything their customer care executives show their attitude when I ask them to resolve this issue ASAP. Have been a regular customer of pepperfry but now I am done and NEVER EVER GONNA SHOP FROM PEPPERFRY AGAIN!!!!
