Despite reading bad reviews I ordered a Nilkamal Nano study chair from Pepperfry. I whole experience was smooth and I liked the Chair also. After this I have ordered 3 or 4 times(scissors, utensils etc.) and the experience has been smooth, much better than snapdeal.com which really sucked.
In my experience they followed the timelines they committed, so I recommend this site. Disclaimer: I didn’t face any issues in the deliveries so don’t know how their customer support is in case of issues.
5th Feb: Actually this is not a paid comment but I am changing it now. As all my orders after this order were screwed up.
The juicer they sent me was broken, there was a big scratch on the frying pan and one of the headlamps I ordered was fused (they refunded though).
Quality of stuff is a big concern on this website.
