This is the website which shows something on screen and sells something else. That’s why I am calling this one a fraud website. They offer you a very good discount because of which people gets lured. Once my mom wanted to buy a pressure cooker so I ordered it from pepperfry. The image shown was of a pressure cooker with lid but which I received didn’t had any lid.
So then I called their customer service but they were a bunch of idiots as they weren’t at all helpful. But one of them told me to issue a return request. So I did, They told me that one of their associate will pick the product within 2 days but the product was picked 5 days after the return request. And also it took very long time to receive the refund.
So based on my experience I would suggest you to stay away from this website.
