They sell rejected items for discounts:
1) I bought eureka forbes vacuum cleaner- The on/off switch is broken.
2) I bought prestige casserole - both lid and casserole are damaged. lid doesn’t fit now.
3) I bought russell hobs Handblender - It came with out any product document. Also it doesn’t look new.
Although you can think of returning them back, hoping that they will refund you the money. You start planning to use that money to buy it from elsewhere. But you don’t get the money back. They give pepperpoints to be used in 15 days. Also the products you return them back go out of stock. You will feel frustrated and end up buying something you don’t need.
Even if they are unable to deliver the product against your order, you will be treated the same way. They give you pepperpoints, no money back.
Careful when shopping here. It is a scam.
