I bought the Panasonic Headphone on line from Pepperfry.com. At first the product seems to be ok and was working fine, but just after a month of use its giving dilapidated kind of sound. I complained about the same at the helpline number, but they are not reverting in a proper manner and it seems that they are trying to run away from it. It’s the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I will never ever return back to this site.
