Hello guys today I am going to review pepperfry.com. as the diwali is coming by so last week I decided to buy a new sofa and hence we choose pepperfry.com for it because I have heard very good points about this company. But my experience with pepperfry was really awful.
First of all they took 8 days to deliever my sofa which is very poor of them. Also their delievery person was not wearing the uniform and his way of talking was very rude. The sofa was not well wrapped which could have led to its damage while bringing it upto the first floor. The product quality was also not the same as on website. The colour is also a bit different as on website.
The customer service and support of pepperfry is also not satisfactory as sometimes they took very long to answer to our phone calls. So overall I would suggest you to not choose pepperfry.com for yoyr furniture shopping.
