I was a satisfied customer of pepperfry. Having bought most of my Furniture needs for my newly built apartment.Their products are of good quality.Prices are competitive.Delivery in time.Overall, I would have given them 4 stars.But for their survey scam.I received 2 emails from them.One on "survey monkey" and another from marketing@news.pepperfry.com.
Promising 300 rupees Gift voucher for completing it.After completing the survey, no email, call regarding Vouchers.For 4 weeks.I must have called 9 times, talking to 9 different CSR’s.With limited powers in their hands they would only tell me that they will talk to "Promotions department and call me.I then tweeted on Twitter.I immediately got a call from them giving me a coupon code.I tried it immediately, to see if it works. and got a message while checking out, that this coupon code has expired.
They have just started scamming.Beware.I have decided to start buying from fabfurnish.com.(By the way, I found them cheaper for the same products.They all source from the same supplier).Only way to tell them customers are not fools.
