Have bought a TV unit worth 11000.it was delivered in my absence and afte doing repeated follow up didn’t come for assembling on 19th nov the assembled in my vacant apartment when I was not in the City later when 6 days I shifted my house I found it having scratches and very bad in quality I called up the customer care people and they responded saying it is 8th day and they cannot exchange it the policy is for 7 days. very relevant unprofessional people with lots of confusion. STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND it ever most pathetic online portal have experienced yet.
