I’m sorry to write this, but Pepperfry has very low standards of quality and customer satisfaction. They use to set the delivery schedule of 8 days excluding weekends and holidays which comes around to 10 days and then they will extend it by 3 more days on the pretext of delay in procuring the item ordered. In 9 out of 10 cases they will cancel the order after 15 days and refund in the form of  Pepperpoints.


You then order something else using pepperpoints and they will cancel that as well after 15 days and story goes on. Apart from this, they use to send duplicate local made products instead of one ordered. In my case they sent a product without the name, address and other details of manufacturer.  Even they did a fraud by pasting a computer printed sticker on the carton of the product I actually ordered in order to make customer assume that this is the product he/she ordered.  On sending the images to their customer support instead of picking the item and sending me correct one they sent me an email saying I need to courier the item to them and then they will verify and process refund in the form of pepperpoints after 7 days or so. This means neither they admit the fraud nor they ready for cash refund. I’m now looking to go to consumer court.


Guys, just be cautious before you order from PepperFry. They never maintain a correct inventory of products and always procure when you order. So most of time you’re not going to get a product even after months.
