WRONG ITEM DELIVERED AND NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

I purchased a lunch box of three container box Rs.87 on 18/10/2013 order no. 300135175-KD1079776- P-OD2046. Some time after I have received this item but not according my order item. One box was missing. I have contact to Pepperfry to take help but they are not able to help me.

Shekhar: We cannot provide reverse pick up we will send you a Dec form.
