I bought Gatsby Body shower gel on 7th June 13 and it got delivered on 15th June after asking pepperfry regarding Delay!
Now the real problem starts with product..they gave me a substandard product and also the expiry date of product almost hitting expiry Date (See image)the product is leaked and if I opened its almost look like expired one.
Yes I agree they have 0% free EMI and no minimum amount if you pay by card but the problem lacks with delivery, product issues etc..they should keep in mind and act about this! Actually I am feeling very sad when I got this product. If they want to sustain quality of product is way important.
Latest Update : After tweeting them and posting review in mouthshut.com they replied saying we will resolve it ( https://twitter.com/Pepperfry/status/346586155233472512 )and after that I got a call from their customer care and they said apologize for this and we will initiate the refund and it will get credited in my account with in 7 days. Thats ok but still I am not happy as the product is not good even though I am getting refund.. Hope Pepperfry will improve their seller & delivery team in order to sustain in E-commerce market.
