Anybody never goes for purchasing any furniture with pepper fry online shopping its sickest place. They have no ethics from any online company. Tumb rules of any business from the westside, Myntra, Flipkart to Amazon they have the return option refund or exchange the product after buying it. Even if we are not satisfied with 15 or 7 days, we can return the product.
But this is the first customer services which dont have return services. But on them on their website, it holds very tiny part of the information in some corner. No other online services have this cheap tactic to apply to customers. And one of the customer care people explains the wood items of furniture size is measured. So now we should learn carpenter work also.
We go online shopping since we dont get too much time to wander all the place for items of furniture. When everything we get in one place.
And these People are outrages. I would tell.Please dont go this site in thinking they are flexible customer services. They dont care about the customer when a purchase is made. They will drop the stuff by 12 o clock if your there or not. The total so-called "Customer Care" is garbage of people no help or support and they dont want to work on the issue.
Its like some wealthy ruthless owner looting our hard worked money. With No ethics. Just greed money and more money
