Complete Let DOWN!

Ordered 2 furniture product on 17th October - got lured into the same due to various ads! Got the first product on 6th October  in damaged state. Sent back feedback with pixs of damaged product with no response for 10-days!


Then the customer care attitude is that we must follow-up and check if the mails have been received by them! There are multiple mail id’s from where pl don’t expect any response - coz they are confused themselves! Second product is yet to be shipped and unfortunately i’m stuck due to pre-payment. NO TRUST on other ecom sites thanks to them!


No feedback, careless attitude of customer support team, no response and overall poor ecom site!
