First time on my own, I decided to purchase furniture online from Pepperfry. I didn’t know how sorry I would be. I ordered a bed and two chairs. They accepted only prepaid payment . Once they got the money, their interest in me was over, except for sending me a lot of spam. After sending mails after mail to them, they finally delivered the bed, and that too with a lot of issues. They clearly ignored all my requests for timings during which I would be at home . After bugging me a lot, they finally gave me the bed.
That was two weeks ago. I am yet to receive the chairs. They don’t even give decent option to cancel the purchase after such an amazing service. If you really want to throw your money away, go gambling or just burn the currency notes. Don’t give it to these people.
