Such a pathetic service

was ordered  a month ago( order number 300615095)

  1. After calling several times in customer care no one knew when the product would be delivered.

  2. After more than a month, someone came and kept a parcel at home and went.

I was happy to get the parcel after a month!


4.  The waybill was addressed to someone else, and the order id dint match with mine.

  1. I opened the package and checked, some wrong product of very less dimension was sent

( Pic is attached)

  1. I called customer care the same day they said it cannot happen as its properly updated in their record that the correct product is delivered.

  2. I immediately sent images of the item on same day, next day too they confirmed it was a mistake from their end.

  3. Now when I called them again they said they never received the pictures as if nothing wrong has happened from them.

  4. After many calls and chats on customer service, they are telling they cant send the correct product .

  5. They also said once during the telephonic conversation to keep the wrong product itself if I like it! What kind of company is this?

Ashok: you have to deliver the correct product


Ashok: I will forward the request to higher management


Anisha: I do understand but we have refund policy

Anisha: But we cannot give you replacement as we know that mistake is from our end
