First time I ordered a shelf which came without proper finishing and I waited for 2 weeks to get it finished by their painter who was extremely busy fixing these issues everyday.
Without learning the lesson, ordered a bed in Jan 15 2014 and surprisingly after 15 days it was delivered. But a wrong size was delivered. So for the last 20 days I am struggling with their customer care to get this resolved. First of all they never admitted the mistake and made to take pictures after pictures and finally instead of fixing the issue by replacing the product they are abusing me. Whenever I ask for replacement they shout at me and threatening me that it will take 30-45 days and forces me to take the refund.
If Mr.Stan and Ms.Suchitra continue in their customer care, they are sure to loose customers soon.
