What a shame and pity for bangalore to have such a yamaha dealer who give false commitments to their customers. I purchased a new Yamaha Ray ZR for my wife in November 2016. During the initial discussion they gave us the quotation and once agreed with the price, they asked us to come next day for delivery at 4pm, where in the bike would be ready. I travelled from Marathahalli the next day at 4 pm and found the person who discussed and gave us the detail was absent firstly. Secondly, they again reconfirmed the same details and asked us to wait for 3 hours until the bike was ready. They are quick to take the payments first and eventually harasses the customer till they are completely out of patience. More so, they had given only 0.5 litres of petrol in the bike to take home, whereas required amount is about 1 litre. There were no freebies and having spoken of that during the festive season the owner with heavy voice started claiming that there is only 3% margin in selling bikes. Next they asked us to come again after a week to collect the number plates printed post registration, for which they charged Rs 350 extra. Anyway, when the following week we went to collect the same, they had no clue of what they said. They were so cheap in behaviour that they were asking the customers to walk down to the store for printing and get the plates and they would only call them up and inform, as if they are doing such a lot of favour.
Their incumbent behaviour does not end here, they are some prone of taking money from customers that they themselves punch on the system when the bike is due for servicing. My first service was due on 26th Dec, and due to new year time, I was out of town. When I returned in Jan, I wanted to take the bike for servicing nearby at Panache Enterprises, however when they checked the system, they found Perfect Riders had already punched on the system and the service is used, without even getting the vehicle they forge on their system that the vehicle servicing is done. Please beware of this place, they will take of your hard earned money and also sanity of your mind in due course.
