I am pretty not sure about the delivery address I reside, I have always used there chat service for help however none respond to the query if a chat is initiated a reply should be given in 2 mins however if we open the chat window for whole day none will respond to any query, overall I would like to say without customers support virtual shopping is not all possible overall I will not recommend this to any one. The worst attached screenshot, I have been trying to figure out for last 3 days
