Good Response to the Negative review!

My first order here was in Nov’2014 and I really did not have any qualms about it as I thought the perfume(Azzaro Chrome Legend) that I ordered was original though the delivery was quite late, but that was 2014! In 2016 I ordered Azzaro Decibel, order - 9095 I think and the status was "Preparation in progress" for 6 days(though the website claimed the shipping would be 2-4 days). On the 7th day I see a whole new website refurbished which is not a bad thing unless your order completely disappears from their website. I called the number mentioned and though the response was prompt it was not satisfying. All that guy had to say was website was getting refurbished so lot of issues. The most disappointing thing is I said I want to cancel my order and there was not an ounce of regret for the customer. He said okay(very calmly) and that was that.


Update- 14th Jan’2016: The exec called me back this morning and apologized for the same mentioned above and even offered me a discount on the same perfume. Also, promised me that it will be delivered within 3 working days. He also mentioned that he could not respond to me properly the other day as he was driving and apologized for the same. As of now satisfied with their response and their earnest effort make me(the customer) feel good about their efforts. As mentioned above never had a problem with their quality of perfumes and I would like to dismiss this one incident as an anomaly. I will definitely go back to Perfumecrush
