Perfumery.co.in took over 7 months to get a product and then denied to refund as the product was not available for over 6 months. I was forced to buy perfume as there was no stock of the one I needed. I had a very bad experience with Perfumery.co.in, I found someone better alternative - Perfumeaddiction.com. They don’t have a shipping cost for purchases more than Rs. 500 and decent discounts. I would anytime prefer them more.
Perfumery.co.in need to invest in their systems and people to ensure customers are not impacted. Buying Testers and Open Bottles does pose the threat of Duplicate or admixtures in the perfumes here.
