Don’t ever think of joining this company. The two owners (now got split) are big jerks and they just want to show-off at any cost. The company has 5-6 members from the same family including the so called co-founder. When I joined there, it was full of newbies/freshers (most of them from North Karnataka), who were paid peanuts.
For the first 2 years, there was no offer letter and no medical insurance. Salaries are never paid on time. They even got raided by Adobe guys for using pirated software and after that salary was delayed for 2-3 months. (Reason to compensate for the payment to Adobe). At the same time, the owners were happily enjoying their vacations.
One owner is already blacklisted in the US embassy (as these guys were trying to be too smart with one of the US clients). And now, that owner cannot step into the US.
A few days later, some experienced entrepreneurs came to work with them as they wanted to merge this company with some other big ones. Later they were shocked to know that the employees were not even given the offer letters (even 2 years after joining). They also came to know that, there was no documents about anything (for e.g. furniture) about the office. Then they left these guys for good.
Now the company is already split into two due to some reason, which they only know.
