Even after complaining to them directly, none bothered to address my issues. I am still within their warranty period but they are lackadaisical to the extreme and none in this company cares to follow up on customer satisfaction.
It is just one month since the Pest Control guys have done their shoddy job and gone. The cockroaches are back in full force and there are two more things:
a) The sales guy was from the beginning apathetic. He had kept on asking whether I’ll get him more clients.
b) He did not follow up on his promise to enquire later whether I was satisfied or not.
I had previously done business with thee guys and many termite bustings within Kolkata and outside. I have found their chemicals to be good but the management callous and only interested in corporate orders. Last time also one Mr. Chatterjee located in Kolkata in misbehaved with me and asked me t go report wherever I wanted. Then an extremely polite gentleman named Mr. Vaisya visited me and apologized in lieu of that rude no-gooder. Then I had a very bad experience with their Durgapur management while getting my house done under the five year warranty for the termite seal.
While their chemicals are good, the personnel are reluctant to work. I believe his is because the management lives a pampered life where they are taught that individual customers or the retail customers are of little worth.
Pest Control is good if you own a restaurant etc.but not if you are a middle class guy like me. Neither did they follow upon the Bishnupur house. & my apartment in Kolkata has been reinfested by roaches and ants.
