We were 3 adults and were seated in what they call a waiting table. Tables around us, which were getting empty, were filled by parties of 4 from outside, out of turn and without apology. They were blatant and shameless in the violation of ethics. Any protest is met by an attitude that you are fortunate to be able to get the opportunity to dine here. Being widely travelled, I wonder how this management can ever run a business in the world where customers care for service and basic fairness.
They place is over crowded with seatings in odd positions. The ambience is more of a packed eatery than that of a restaurant. It was stuffy due to lack of proper air conditioning.
Their biriyani was barely OK and the sizzlers sucked. We wondered whats so special about this place with Bar-b-que, Trincas, Magnolia, Blue Fox, Peiping, Moulin Rouge and other good restaurants crowding the Park Street of Calcutta.
