I think did a real bad mistake by booking medical tests thru PharmEasy. Had booked tests for two persons, myself and my daughter. Although my reports I received on the same day I am being forced to follow up since last 3 days for a simple CBC report of my daughter which u should have received latest yest. Mor as per their own policies. Everytime we make them a call, which I made at least 8-9 times, we are put to diagnostic dept. N after 5 minutes of listening to their stupid ads the line gets disconnected. An extremely bad experience. M sure noone from their company is even reading this...
