Resently I installed philips lcd in my room,
I mounted it on wall in front of my bed it is around 9-10 feet away from bed but I can see everything very much clearly lying on my bed,
Best thing is viewing angels.i tested many lcd’s in showroom it self veiwing angels are very bad of almost all brand in this price group.it is not posibel that any one will watch tv everytime in same angel means seating at same place.but in philips you will never face this problem,
Regerding sound quality as per me philips is best in sound no need to attach home therater to lcd it has more than enough sound and quality.picture quality is full hd.befor buying any other brand just take demo of philips lcd in any showroom after that make your decsion.
