For me, the experience with this television is the worst experience of all television which I bought. So, I purchased this television of Philips from the shop nearby to my house .It is a shop where all electric items like televisions, irons, refrigerators, Speaker, Computer etc are available and it is the best shop of electrics of my area .Almost 4 months gone when I purchased this television.
Video Quality- Video Quality of the television is very good .It deals with maximum 1080 pixels and supports ASF, AVI, MKV, MP4 and PS formats.It has also good video decoder .I start noticing the marks on the screen as the time gone running with televison.I was facing the issues regarding the marks.
Sound Reception- Sound reception is average but not very high.It has 16 W output power, auto volume leveller, incredible surround but the sound sterio was not working very well.A good quality sound comes through it and generates purity and much clearity than other televisions.It has also 2 built in speakers with but it creates a very low sound.Power consumption is about 70 W and 100-240 VAC power supply it generates.
Service and support- Services provided by the Philips is worst as they did not provide me any kind of warranty over the television, but very ease of installation, Ease of use because of graphical user interface, and on screen display languages which is the most unique factor which I like the most.Height is 492 meteres and weights of 6.2 kg. which is very good for anyone.
User Friendly-I think its not a user friendly product of philips as I suffered with the spots and internal misbehaviour of televisions many times but I recover it from my electrician .He changed the IC which is the most important part or the brain of the television and charge over RS-4000/- extra for that.So, it is a user friendly product after the repairing for extra cost I paid.
Value for money-I will give 2/5 for this version of philips television as I suffered with many problems behind it also I recommened you to purchase this product after clearifying all the syptomps and warranty period details. Excepting that it worth of amount Rs-34040 /- which I paid+ reparing cost 4000/-.
